Book Sale Flyer

Our 12th Annual book sale is an annual event at the New River Valley Mall that helps raise money for Literacy Volunteers of the New River Valley,  a volunteer-run tutoring organization that provides free confidential literacy instruction to adults in need of reading, writing, numeracy, and conversational English instruction in the New River Valley. Proceeds help pay for dedicated staff trained to teach volunteers, program materials and program expenses such as rent, telephone, internet access for staff, tutors and our adult leaner and other administrative costs essential for operating a quality community based literacy program in the New River Valley.

LV-NRV members and friends are collecting donated books for the sale  in addition to the almost 10,000 collected and sorted throughout the year, and will gratefully accept donations from the general public until the sale begins.
